Trainer Development Collaborative (TDC)

Course Structure:
There are two parts to the Performance Support Course

1. Online Module

This must be completed prior to attending the workshop and can be accessed via the My Booking tab once you have completed your booking.  Failure to complete the module by a deadline of noon exactly one week before the session date will result in your place on the course being forfeited and you will not be allowed to attend. 

2. Workshop

The full-day workshop will take place at venues across Scotland.

When choosing to book on to your selected course, please be mindful of the time commitments required to complete pre-course online module and attendance at the  workshop. 

For successful completion of this course, you must complete the course in its entirety and with the online components completed within the timeframe specified by the course organisers. Failure to complete any part of this course will lead to you being removed from the course.  No refunds will be given unless there are exceptional circumstances. 

Learning aims:
To increase participants confidence in recognising and managing situations where trainees might require additional support

Learning outcomes:
Following this course, participants will be able to: Recognise the multi-factorial influences on individual performance and conduct; Engage the appropriate individuals to provide the necessary support for the trainee; Implement process for management, remediation and assessment.
