This course is aimed at existing Educational Supervisors.  The Aim of the course is to explore the role leadership can play in creating a workplace culture conducive to learning, the trainer:trainee relationship and the delivery of effective training.

Learning aims:
This course aims to explore the role leadership can play in: creating a workplace culture, conducive to learning; developing the trainer : trainee relationship; the delivery of effective training.

Learning outcomes:
By the end of this workshop you will: understand the important role workplace culture plays in the delivery of effective training; be able to reflect and (where necessary) revise your approach to developing a good / effective trainer : trainee relationship; recognise the relationship between good leadership and the delivery of effective training.
