Immunosuppression and Vaccination

Add to favourites

To help support vaccination practitioners with immunosuppression and vaccination, NHS Education for Scotland in partnership with Public Health Scotland has developed a learning resource for registered healthcare practitioners. This can be found below and include training slides (and accompanying notes).

Please note: These educational resources continue to be updated as required to support this programme but do not replace the clinical judgement of practitioners. Practitioners should refer to the UK Health Security Agency Green Book when administering the vaccine.

If in any doubt about immunosuppression and vaccination you should seek specialist advice via your local Immunisation Coordinator before vaccinating.
