The Women, Children, Young People and Families (WYCPF) team at NHS Education for Scotland (NES) were delighted to host a webinar in association with the Scottish Government on Women's Health Masterclass 1 - Understanding Women's Health.  The Women’s Health Plan (Scottish Government 2021) aims to raise awareness of health inequalities in women and improve access to health care for girls and women.  This webinar will be part of a series of masterclasses focusing on women’s health.  This webinar took place during ‘menopause month’.

The webinar aimed to:

  • Raise awareness of, and provide insight into women’s health inequality
  • Provide a particular focus on menopause during ‘menopause month’

  • All practitioners in contact with or working with women. Including but not limited to Nurses, Midwives, Health Visitors, Allied Health Professionals and General Practitioners.
