Information regarding the AHP Career Fellowship Scheme alumni which comprises Fellows from cohorts across the year who stay connected, support each other and participant in shared learning opportunities.
Alumni
The AHP Careers Fellowship Alumni Network, was established through listening and involving Fellows from earlier Cohorts about what they would like from being an ongoing alumni member.
Purpose of the alumni
The alumni network provides the following benefits
- Provide peer support and networking opportunities for all members
- Support ongoing career development and application of new knowledge, skills and confidence
- Facilitate ongoing connections between Fellows and support ongoing delivery and development of the Fellowship scheme
- Support longer term impact evaluation of the Scheme

Members of the alumni are actively involved in the following aspects of the Fellowship:

Ongoing career development opportunities
The Fellowship Scheme connects with the Scottish Government’s Leading to Change resource which offers a wide range of ongoing leadership development opportunities. In addition, the Scheme provides bi-annual networking and CPD opportunities for the alumni membership.
