Action Learning Sets are safe spaces to meet with colleagues to tackle real problems.
We previously piloted an Action Learning Set for Board Chairs. Feedback was very positive about the value of a safe space to share and to work together on some of the more challenging issues as part of the non-executive or Chair role.
These learning sets allow for development of problem solving skills, build relationships and help devise innovative solutions to complex issues.
