The Perioperative NMaHP Event: 'Progressing and Delivering More - Recovering Forward' was held on Thursday 14th September 2023.
We delved into key areas shaping the perioperative landscape including diversification of the workforce, accelerated workforce programmes, skill mix optimisation, along with providing the latest updates in Medical Associate Professions and perioperative careers and education resources.
Participants gained insights into how making best use of Knowledge Management and Discovery can significantly enhance both professional practice and personal development. We also considered how we identify and tackle the hidden curriculum for all learners in the perioperative environment.
