This resource uses the framework set out in the Scottish Government Health and Social Care Workforce Strategy of PLAN, ATTRACT, TRAIN, EMPLOY, NURTURE to offer providers a means of considering how to begin the process of ethical and sustainable, person centred international recruitment, along with reflecting on the candidate journey into the organisation, so that retention becomes a key outcome of international recruitment.
This resource is designed around the health and social care workforce strategy framework set out by Scottish government, to help organisations explore and build ethical and sustainable person-centred international recruitment strategies, in line with wider organisational workforce planning.
