How can TURAS portfolio support me as an advanced practitioner?

The structured forms in TURAS Professional Portfolio are designed to help you identify, plan and evidence you’re learning and development. The evidence can be used for many purposes including supervision, appraisal and revalidation.

For example:

  • Record of Learning form to record a range of CPD activity lik revalidation revalidatione learning modules, eLearning, Mandatory/Statutory learning.
  • Reflective forms to guide and record reflections from interactions with patients, feedback from peers/supervisor and to demonstrate learning in practice.
  • Case Based Discussion forms to write up any cases discussed with supervisor and others.
  • Mini-CEX Feedback forms to record observed Clinical Examination assessments.
  • Direct Observation of Procedural Skill (DOPS) forms to confirm proficiency of a new procedural skill.
  • Generic Feedback form to request specific and tailored feedback from others.
  • Upload section to store documents to include as evidence, for example certificates, articles, competency documents.
  • Share Pack to share evidence items with others via a web link.
