The Real Time Staffing Resource (RTSR) provides a consistent approach to how teams record their daily activity, acuity, actual staffing and what staffing they require (in their Professional Judgement), to be able to deliver safe and effective care.
The resources help Health and Care services to meet the requirement to assess real-time staffing and risk, specified in the Health and Care (Staffing) (Scotland) Act 2019.
