ekosgen was appointed by NHS Education Scotland (NES) to undertake detailed research into the learning needs of non-clinical Health Care Support Workers (HCSWs) in Scotland. The findings of this research provide an evidence base to help NES plan the education and learning that is offered to non- clinical HCSWs to develop their skills and support their career progression.
