NHS Education for Scotland, alongside White Winstanley Ltd, have developed a variant version of the existing and highly regarded Manchester Clinical Supervision Scale© (MCSS-26©). The NES MCSS-26© will be a national evaluation tool, aiming to measure and improve the supervisee's experience of clinical supervision and align with the National Clinical Supervision Framework for the nursing workforce in NHS Scotland and the Scottish model. The NES MCSS-26© will evidence impact, alongside implementation factors, which will evidence support, accessibility, and quality and will accompany the strategic implementation of Clinical Supervision across Scotland.
