The Autism Training Plan was developed using the Autism Training Framework (Optimising Outcomes), which details the knowledge and skills required at all levels of the workforce in relation to maximising outcomes for autistic people. The training plan identifies considerations for choosing appropriate training as well as identifying gaps.
