We have been absolutely delighted with how well used our drop in surgeries have been. We are several months into Turas Vaccination Management being used for COVID-19 vaccinations. Now that users are becoming familiar with the tool, the numbers attending have reduced. Therefore the scheduled clinics have now ended.
We are pleased that our users are now confident using the tool. Rather than coming to the drop-in clinics for help users are now using other methods of getting help and support should they need it.
