By December 2019, 50% of patients screened at their Orthopaedic outpatient appointment in Perth Royal Infirmary (PRI) as low risk for anaesthetic for minor and intermediate surgical interventions will have their Pre-assessment Clinic (PAC) anaesthetic assessment by telephone
