Turas Pay Terms and Conditions

By making a payment to NES you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions.

  • Entry to/or access to paid for learning will only be provided where full payment has been received in advance.
  • Where a learner has paid for a place on a scheduled learning event and then decides to cancel their place, NES will only provide refunds when the cancelation occurs 30 Days prior to the beginning of the Course.
  • We reserve the right to charge for late cancellations or non-attendance.
  • In the unlikely event that NHS Education for Scotland has to cancel a scheduled course, the course fee will be reimbursed, but NES will incur no further liability.

The terms and conditions for payment can be amended at any time without notice.

Linking to and from Turas

NES does not accept responsibility, or reliability, of websites linked to from Turas. Please do not view the inclusion of a link on the Turas platform as an endorsement. It should be clear that the websites linked from Turas are out of our editorial control.

By making an online payment through Turas Learn, you understand that Opayo will be responsible for storing and managing your name, email address, and payment details.

NHS Education for Scotland (NES) makes every reasonable effort to ensure that all its web resources and download material is virus free. We would recommend that all users of this platform use anti-virus software to screen downloads. NES will not be left liable for any issues, or loses, relating to data, or hardware, what may occur as a result of using material from the Turas platform.
