Do you have a work colleague who is not a native speaker of English? Where can they learn English?
Look on your intranet to find out if there is a course available through your organisation or contact your Learning and Development Unit.
You may be able to find out more about the learning available in your organisation by looking at:
your organisation's intranet
noticeboards for posters and flyers
newsletters
ESOL Scotland allows you to search for courses in colleges and other venues near you. See the links below for help from ESOL and others with English language learning:
Your Local Authority may have information about courses in colleges, libraries and community centres in your local area.
The Workers' Educational Association (WEA) and UNISON work with Health Boards to provide specific learning. UNISON or other union learning representatives will be able to give you more information.
Ask staff at your local library if they know of any adult learning courses that are on in your area or contact your Local Authority's Community Learning and Development (CLD) team.
