You will find resources here that will help you to understand and develop your skills for effective people and resource management. These will help managers from all social care, social work and health professions recruit, develop, motivate, performance manage and retain people throughout the employment journey.

You are invited to explore these resources in any order and at your own pace. The resources can be used in several ways:
