Internal coaching offer
We aim to support colleagues from across the organisation who want to, for example, develop their self-awareness, working relationships, personal effectiveness at work or their response to change.
This is an offer of a time bound professional and performance development with a trained coach within NES. In line with Our Way and in support of the Leadership Capabilities, NES has developed a coaching offer that responds to personal and organisational complexity and wellbeing. All coaches in NES that offer their services through this route, are expected to adhere to the Global Code of Ethics for coaches, mentors and supervisors.
Please ensure you have agreed with your line manager that coaching is the appropriate learning development solution to meet your needs and that this activity is reflected in your PDP.
