National Boards Coaching Matters
National Boards Coaching Matters aims to support the collaborative coaching needs of the National Boards within NHS Scotland. The coaches are all professionally qualified (or nearing completion of their training) and are experienced in coaching individuals from all professions within the health.
Accessing coaching from National Boards Coaching Matters
If you are from one of the NHS Scotland National Boards and are interested in accessing coaching, the following flow chart Coaching Matters flow chart will help identify your next steps
- Read the Coaching Matters Guide
- Discuss your coaching needs with your Line Manager
- Contact the Organisational Coach Lead (OCL) in your Board who will direct you to the appropriate coaching service.
