The Dynamics and Processes course is delivered in person over 2 full days. The course is designed for health and social care staff who have completed the Essential Tools course and who wish to become VBRP® facilitators, and facilitate group VBRP® sessions. The skills learned are also transferable to situations where staff are required to facilitate group meetings, review processes, conduct service audits, intitiate reflective practice opportunities, etc.
At the end of the Dynamics and Processes course, participants proceed to the practical aspect of group facilitation training in preparation for their practical assessment. During this period of additional practical training a trainee may:
Join the local VBRP® Community of Practice
Work towards sign-off as a VBRP® Facilitator
Receive two hours of coaching prior to assessment for registration. Trainees responsible for the request.
