This module aims to provide you and your team with the knowledge to implement and sustain your improvements, and the ideas behind how to spread successful changes to other locations. 

This module aims to provide you with the tools and method to look at flow and data within your system to manage queues, to support having the right person in the right place at the right time with the right treatment. 

This module aims to provide you and your team with the knowledge to explain value management and the benefits of using the approach.
