Cohort 45 is open to colleagues working in or contributing to any area of Scottish public services, including health and social care staff and individuals supporting the implementation of Excellence in Care in specific areas of Scotland (see below), as well as individuals supporting CYPIC or working in national organisations/national roles.
The targeted recruitment areas are:

Greater Glasgow & Clyde
Golden Jubilee National Hospital
Individuals supporting CYPIC or working in national roles/organisations in the Scottish public sector will also be considered.
Please note individuals working in the above targeted recruitment areas must speak to their board QI/EIC Lead lead prior to completing an application form, as recruitment to these places will be based on local strategic priorities.

All applicants require explicit senior sponsorship from either (a) NHS Director, (b) Director in Scottish Government, or (c) equivalent senior leader in a Public Service or Third Sector organisation to undertake the programme, to lead improvement projects, and to teach and coach others.
