AIM :- By December 2018, 75% of prisoners who serve more than 6 months in HMP Perth are registered with a GP practice following a planned liberation where an address is known in Dundee, Angus or Perth localities in order to ensure they continue to have good access to Primary Care services and improve continuity of care following liberation from HMP Perth.
