The PDA in Dental Reception Skills at SCQF level 6 covers skills in dental reception and administrative procedures — including handling of patient records, appointment schedules and treatment plans. It also covers health and safety issues within the work environment.

As of 1 February 2026, the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) is now Qualifications Scotland. You will see references to both names as we update our resources.
